Contractors’ all risks insurance protects construction projects against unexpected events, covering the risks of theft, damage, fire, natural disasters and damage to third parties caused by construction work both in the course of construction and thereafter.
The following can be insured: materials on the building site; assembled equipment; construction site installations; subcontractors; damage arising from warranty work; and more.
Contractors’ all-risk insurance guarantees financial cover for the construction company (the main contractor or subcontractor), the client and the owners of the structure, ensuring peace of mind from the moment construction work starts to the handover of the completed site to the client.
