3. Use a short, punchy headline
Your headline is one of the first things potential buyers see, along with your main photo. A great headline is short, catchy, and highlights your home’s biggest selling point. Think „sunny apartment!", „new price!“, or „top pick in the area!“.

4. Write a description that draws people in
The description should inform and engage — it needs to make people want to come and see the place. Start with two or three key features that make your property stand out.
Tailor your message to the audience. Families will want to know about nearby schools and kindergartens. City dwellers? Highlight nearby gyms, restaurants, and public transport. Keep the description clear and easy to read. Show off the best features in a way that helps people picture themselves living there. And be honest — the right buyers will appreciate transparency.
5. Set a fair and competitive price
Even the best listing won’t help if the price is way off. Take a look at similar listings to understand market value and make sure your price feels fair and realistic.
6. Share your listing beyond property sites
Don’t just rely on real estate websites. Post your listing on social media too — you never know who might come across it. A share from a friend could lead to your ideal buyer. Just make sure your post includes a strong photo and a catchy headline.
