2) Please be advised that changes to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Coop Credit Card Agreement will enter into force on 20 June 2025.
The main changes are as follows:
- the Bank may refuse to make the credit limit available, reduce the credit limit, refuse to issue a new or replacement card, impose a minimum repayment instalment and/or terminate the contract without notice if the card has been closed and no request for the issue of a replacement card has been submitted to the Bank within 30 days of the date of closure of the card (clauses 2.9. and 10.7.5.);
- when setting the minimum repayment instalment in the cases specified in the terms and conditions, the Bank works on the assumption that the amount of credit used will be repaid to the Bank in minimum instalments within a period of no more than three years (clause 2.10.);
Clients who do not agree to the changes made to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Coop Credit Card Agreement can terminate their contract at any time before 20 June 2025. If clients have not notified us of their wish to terminate the contract by that date, this will be considered by the Bank as the clients having agreed to the changes made to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Coop Credit Card Agreement.
