Bank office opening hours and payment processing during holidays

Please be informed of the following changes to our services during the upcoming Easter holiday period.

Internal payments within Coop Pank and interbank instant payments will continue to be processed as usual throughout the holidays.

However, between 18 and 21 April, we will not process European, i.e. SEPA payments, international transfers, or domestic express payments. Kindly note that Monday, 21 April is also a public holiday for international payment systems.

To avoid any delays, we recommend completing all important payments by 3:30 PM on Wednesday, 17 April. If possible, please use Coop Pank’s intrabank transfers for faster settlement. You can find detailed information on our payment processing times here.

Please also note that on Friday, 18 April, all our branches and customer support will be closed.
