Among the more significant changes, the principles of processing customer data were supplemented as follows:

• The Coop Pank Group is not required to observe the period of advance notice for amendments to the principles of processing customer data, if the amendments are due to a legal act or guidelines issued by a supervisory authority;
• In the issuing of notifications to the client on behalf of Tuleva Fondid AS, the jointly liable processors of customer data are Coop Pank AS and Tuleva Fondid AS, while the primary contact point for a client is Coop Pank AS.

The new terms and conditions are effective as of 04.03.2024.
