Disruptions may occur in the operation of Coop Pank's internet banking and mobile app on Sunday night.
On Sunday, February 16, during the night and early morning between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM, there will be a scheduled interruption in the operation of Coop Pank's internet banking and mobile app. Disruptions may occur due to due to scheduled development work.
There may also be disruptions in making payments online and authentication via bank link during this period. Payments made during this period will be credited to the accounts of customers after the end of the unavailability. The apologises for any inconvenience and asks its clients to make any important banking transactions before or after the period of possible disruptions.
During this period, it will be possible to make payments with Coop Pank cards in the physical payment terminals of all points of sale and service establishments and to withdraw cash from all ATMs.
The scheduled development works of the online bank and mobile app of Coop Pank are necessary to ensure even better stability and reliability in the operation of banking services in the future.
