There will be a scheduled disruption in the availability for use of the online bank and mobile app of Coop Pank from 02:00 to 14:00 on Sunday, 24 September.

It will not be possible to use the online bank and mobile app of Coop Pank from 02:00 to 14:00 on Sunday, 24 September. There may also be disruptions in making payments online and authentication via bank link during this period. Payments made during this period will be credited to the accounts of customers after the end of the unavailability. The apologises for any inconvenience and asks its clients to make any important banking transactions before or after the unavailability of the service.

During this period, it will be possible to make payments with Coop Pank cards in the physical payment terminals of all points of sale and service establishments and to withdraw cash from all ATMs and the checkouts at Coop stores.

The scheduled unavailability of the online bank and mobile app of Coop Pank is related to development work in order to ensure that the banking services will be even more stable and reliable in the future.
