The general terms and conditions of Coop Pank will change on 1 June 2024

The changes are as follows:

  • in the event that the client who is a legal entity has been deleted from the register and has not been reinstated in the register within 60 calendar days from the date of deletion will be included as a basis for the automatic termination of the agreement (section 13.9.);
  • we specify the bank's grounds for terminating the agreement (section 13.2.1.) and invalidate the previous clause 13.2.9. (termination of an agreement with a legal entity that has been deleted from the register).
